Build-A-Bike® Team Building Workshop: Bicycle team building is still the most popular event because it combines a fun, high-energy program with offering something back to your community as well. Participants work together to assemble bicycles for kids from a local charity like The Boys & Girls Club or YMCA, but the afternoon is always full of fun games that get participants to build camaraderie, solve problems together, and communicate more effectively.
The Camaraderie Quest: This high-tech team scavenger hunt has participants use iPads to explore and uncover treasures in their local area. Every quest is a custom activity, and the more interesting the area, the more interesting the quest. This program can be conducted indoors or outdoors, and some of our favorite locations in the area are The Henry Ford Museum, Rivertown, Belle Island, the GM Renaissance Center, and The Motown Museum.
Rescue Bear: Rescue Bear is a fun way to identify the strengths of each of your associates and help them understand why their coworkers do the things that they do. Executives will often invest in personality temperament training for their groups, but quite often, this type of training is good information, but not very practical. Well, in Rescue Bear, solve challenges based on their strengths, so the team working together is more efficient than the individuals working alone.
The Ace Race: If your group is competitive, then they will absolutely LOVE the Ace Race. Groups each build an individual hole of a mini-golf course out of non-perishable food items like canned goods. When all of the holes are completed, each group must work together to get one of their participants to get a hole-in-one on each hole. the harder the hole, the more cheers erupt from the group when they conquer it.
